Ambassador Policy
Ambassador commissions are paid monthly. A minimum commission balance of $25 must be reached before a payout is issued. Any unpaid balance below the minimum threshold will automatically roll over to the next payout period.
Commissions are calculated based on completed ticket sales and are subject to adjustment for refunds, chargebacks, canceled orders, fraudulent transactions, or voided tickets.
Ambassadors must submit all required payment information prior to the payout date in order to receive payment. Payment information only needs to be submitted one time unless changes are required.
If payment information has not been submitted by the monthly payout date, earned commissions will remain on the ambassador’s account and roll over to the next payout period.
Any unpaid or unclaimed commissions remaining after January 1 following the conclusion of the season will be considered forfeited.
Payout Schedule
- Commission payouts are issued on the 1st of each month.
- Minimum payout threshold: $25
- Balances under $25 automatically roll over to the next monthly payout period.
Examples
- Ambassador earns $12 in September → Balance rolls over to October.
- Ambassador earns a total of $38 by October 31 → Payment of $38 is issued on November 1.
- Ambassador earns $50 but has not submitted payment information → Funds remain on account until payment information is submitted and the next payout date is reached.
